Façamos and its projects: citizenship, public debate, and access to rights.
Overview
Façamos was a civic-participation movement in Foz do Iguaçu, active from July 2015 to December 2017. As co-founder and community leader, I led the movement and a team of 12 volunteers, running activities to promote citizenship and leadership through civic participation, public debate and social projects. It was formally constituted, with statute and founding minutes on file (December 2015).

Agende Aqui
Apr 2016 – May 2016
The project stemmed from a conversation with Dr Geraldo Dutra, then Chief Judge of the local Electoral Court, during a Café das Seis session.
Our goal was to democratise access to biometric voter registration in Foz do Iguaçu. During a four-day task force, we mobilised volunteers and set up mobile hubs to serve the city's most vulnerable areas.
The initiative facilitated over 2,000 appointments and was carried out in partnership with the local Electoral Registration Office, Rede Massa (SBT), Itaipu Binacional, and Itaipu Parquetec.

An in-person workshop on online behaviour and security, aimed at young athletes aged 7 to 18 from the Projeto Instituto Meninos do Lago.
Over the course of a full day, we facilitated discussions on the digital exposure of these prospective athletes, addressing the practical impacts. Our goal was to raise awareness of how their online presence can significantly influence both their personal lives and future careers.
